Our Bonded Services
Standard Service -For our North Fork customers, we personally inspect your home once each week for $218* per month. We also check your home during severe weather or whenever circumstances warrant an additional visit.

For customers in Riverhead and Baiting Hollow, we personally inspect your home once each week for $289* per month. *Standard service covers a single-family home of up to three bedrooms. Additional fees apply for larger properties.

Tailored Service - Tailored Service - We can customize a home-watch schedule and service plan to meet your individual needs. Pricing is based on the services and frequency requested.

After each visit, we send a follow-up email confirming that your home has been checked. If you prefer, we can contact you only when we discover something that needs your attention.

Our examination includes: a walkthrough of your home’s interior; confirmation that the home is at the correct temperature; inspection for signs of water damage; a check that the electrical system is operating; review of the grounds for maintenance issues; confirmation of refrigerator temperature; inspection of doors and windows; a visual check of the home’s exterior; and bringing in mail and delivered packages.

Surety Bond

"Handyman"/Concierge Service - In addition to our weekly home-watch service, North Fork Caretaker customers can use our handyman and concierge services for a standard $55/hour, door-to-door, on an "as available" basis.
